Barceloneta is always full of people. I would also add to Parc Guell that you can find some amazing viewpoints of all the city.
Great list — Another tip could be going to the Bunker on the Carmel Hill and from there enjoy the views over the city with the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon — Park Güell is as mentioned not for free anymore so book your ticket — the bunker is for free.
I would strongly recommend everbody to book their tickets to all the sights that you would like to visit — book them before arrival to save queue time.
